Review content:
I started shipping with the UPS Store on Fry Rd about a year ago for my small business. I had tried several stores prior to this one, and was less than satisfied with all of them. The employees at this store, however, have always gone out of their way to accomodate any need that I have. I have to be totally honest and admit that there have been a couple of times that it seemed to take forever to get out of there, but the spectacular service I have received had far outweighed the time factor on these few occasions. With the exception of an occasional stop at the Post Office, they have all my business.
Pros: They are flexible, and go out of their way to accomodate their customers
Cons: UPS is not the cheapest shipper, but that is the company, not this store.
