As Mail Box Etc, this was a good company, now as the UPS Store it gets a poor rating.
Very poor customer service, employees made excuses for lost shipments, I thought the store being busy was a good sign, but I was wrong they were only disorganized. They offer too many services and have no real training to handle the demand.
I can only hope other locations are better. This company put a real damper on my Christmas! Avoid at all costs!
