Review content:
She has a monthly package and was there from morning until night and they ""couldn't find her tupperware"" which has the food I bring from home, so, instead of giving me a call or feeding her their food, she didn't eat. At all. Obviously the logical, humane choice. When I asked the manager whom I was told was in charge, she chalked it up to a ""misunderstanding"" and hung up on me because she didn't appreciate my ""angry tone"" Hmh... what would it say about me as a dog owner if I were pleasant? Not to mention she was put in a 20 minute ""time out"" for mounting a dog (mind you she's a puppy and 20 minutes goes against everything her trainer and I have taught her.) The ""customer care"" team are great pacifiers and say all the right things (i.e. I'm sorry, this should never have happened) but I have yet to see changes or results. I'm obviously a busy person or my dog wouldn't be in daycare (not that she is EVER going back there) but, for the well-being of all dogs (keep in mind these are only the incidents I am aware of- who knows what else might be going on) when i am free I will address this inhumane treatment. In the mean time, I know it's expensive (hey, it got me!) spend a few extra dollars and look around. Biscuits in Bath is the WalMart of doggy daycare.
