Poor service. Was told that they could train any dog. My dog was deemed ""difficult"" after the 2nd week of a 6 week obedience class I was told I neede private training at $150 per session and it was unclear as to how many sessions were required. After accepting that, I called the store and was told that there would be no refund for the original $300 class I purchased. Before signing up, I was told that the trainers were excellent, gave a lot of personal attention and individulalized tips because the classes were small. This was not true. Very disappointed.
Cons: Expensive, Poor Customer Service, NO guarantee
