Did you ever notice the majority of people write bad reviews because they didn't get their way? There should be an ego test done before they are allowed to put their thoughts out there. That being said the people who wrote negatively of the ritz camera shop on 86th St. should go back to under their rocks. \r
Everytime I go into this store I am treated so beautifully by everyone there. The service is swift regardless of how busy it is and today it was very busy ( a testament to it being a great place). I wish all businesses had staff like this. So very knowledgable, friendly, great at reaching out to everyone around me, helpful and just plain awesome! Today I needed help with a photobook. (not the easiest project for me) Many staff took turns helping me. Particularly Andrea who made it fun and mitigated my frustration in learning something new. If you know someone who wants to buy a camera from quality people at a quality store this is your place. My husband bought me a camera from Ritz in August and it too has brought me great joy. I love it! They helped him pick the right one for me. I've had precious videos left for making into dvds and always a pleasure to leave it to their expertise. Any negative reviews listed below must be from truly horrible people because I've worked with at least five different people in this store and each staff person is a real gem!
