A one stop shop for health conscious individuals, heaven for vegetarians and vegans alike. I love this place. Aisle after aisle, not to mention the homemade or kitchen made :) products. The muffins are so soft and pure tasting. Pumpkin and blueberry, i think i'm going to ask them how their made. A great selection of organic products from raw chocolate to spirulina to herbs, even their snack food is healthy and delicious. They have great hair products that are organic as well. The atmosphere is pleasant. Natalie and Rodney are welcoming, and the whole staff is a bunch of laughs lots of fun, knowlegeable in their business, pick their brains and you get your natural nutrition questions answered. They carry spelt flower for the wheat gluten intolerant plenty of non dairy milks like coconut almond rice and oat. Butters from many different nuts, frozen food selection and they even keep their breads fresh in the freezer, how high tech and considerate. What impressed me the most is their choice of products, not only organic but high quality brands which take into concern the ecosystems, and ingredients which are consistent, and to the point, no fillers, more nutrients! The best organic kitchen i've seen in Queens- The lentil soup, shake blends, quinoa rice, eggplant, and other vegan vegetarian and non vegetarians alike, like tuna cassarole. Rich ,savory hot food for this winter. Natalies recipes are delicious and philosophically culture twisting, you ask yourself how do they make this.
