I can't say one negative thing about Morrison Contractors! I had them build a 12' x 10' dock out over the canal. Originally, they told me it would only take about three weeks, but since Cooper City is slow as molasses in getting permits submitted, it ended up taking six weeks. But Cheryl and Mike kept me up-to-date as to what was going on with the permits, and let me know that they were ready to go as soon as they went through. But it was all worth the wait! I am so happy with the final product, I love my dock! It's beautiful. And working with Morrison Contractors was an amazing experience!
This is a family run business, and everyone is very friendly, personable and treat their customers like they're family too! From the first phone call to the end of the job, they were great! They know your name and keep in touch with you on a regular basis as needed, so you don't feel out of the loop. Mike came out all the time, with his adorable dog, to check out the work and to make sure I was happy with the the progress.
I am completely satisfied with how my dock came out. It's much better than what I thought it would be! I've recommended them to friends of mine.
