This is the worst place to do any type of business with. I had placed an order to have 36 rotis ready for me on 11-24-2010 at 11:00am two weeks earlier. At 9:30 am on the 24th of november I had called to verify my order and make sure that it would be ready at 11 am. They assured me that my order would be ready and that they were working on it at that time. I went to the store at 11 and they told me that they would be done in 10 minutes. Like a dummy I paid at that time so I could leave with order when they were done. As I looked on my receipt I saw that they charged me for 48 rotis, I then explained to the lady that I only ordered 36 and that she charged me for 48. This was at 11:10 am. She then said that the rotis were already made. Since it was almost thanksgiving and I wanted to go I decided to let it pass, Hey I'll have enough roti to send my guest home with. This was a big mistake, they took 50 minutes to prepare the rotis I had ordered two weeks ago. I argued non-stop with the clerk to get my money back and then all of a sudden they started rushing to give me my order. I will never come back to this place because they do not know how to honor time arrangements and because they are a bunch of liars. If you want good Guyanese cuisine do NOT GO TO SYBILS ON HILLSIDE, you will be dissapointed, pissed off and ripped off. Their food does not taste great anyway. Save your money and take a trip to the sybils on Liberty Ave in Ozone park. You will be treated much better, you will get phenomenal food as well as service. If I had not promised my family roti for thanksgiving I would not have even dealt with these people.
