""I am writing to let you know my wife and I are pleased with the metal roof your crew installed in July of 2004. Everything is trimmed out nice and neat. We are proud to show the house to our friends and have gotten many compliments. Carl's crew was courteous, worked hard and cleaned all scrap metal and debris from the job site.
Because of a design problem in my house I knew it would cause an installation challege for you. But with the help of Carl and his crew you were able to resolve it and now the problem I had with leaks will never return.
I appreciate how your staff communicated with me during this process. All my questions were answered before the installation began and through to the end.""
