I am a professional athlete so for me, getting a massage usually isn't completely about relaxation. (although I am always thoroughly relaxed when I leave Emily!) I have gotten three massages from her since Massage Wallah opened. Whether it's a tightness in my torn calf, a series of knots in my upper back that won't even let me check my blind spot (let alone work), or really tight IT bands, Emily knows what she's doing and how to fix it. I always leave feeling like my body is functional again. I've worked with a number of amazing massage therapists while living and working in NYC and Philadelphia, and Emily definitely ranks up there with the most knowledgeable set. Another bonus, her space is super-relaxing and hip, smells amazing, and I am always impressed with the playlist! A great experience overall.
