**** WARNING- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY****** In my opinion this company is NOT REPUTABLE and are TOTAL SCAMMERS. My 10 year old garage door was working fine, but started to sag. The service worker from Anytime Garage Doors showed up and recommended putting in two reinforcement struts that would only cost $400, compared to the alternative of an entire new garage door which would cost approx, $2500. It sounded a bit high, so I asked if that was the going rate on 2 struts.. He told me it was.. (Shame on me for not doing more research). Sounds like a good deal right? NOT AT ALL... When I called around, most companies would have charged LESS THAN HALF of that! So, I call them up and ask what their price for in stalling two 16 ft. reinforcement struts, and Anytime quoted on the phone $100 ( $60 parts and $40 labor). When, I asked then why did they charge me $429 to do the job.. the manager (who claims he was the owner) started to back pedal and said that it was just a phone estimate to bring business in.. When I asked how could the ESTIMATE BE OFF BY MORE THAN 300% (can you say FALSE ADVERTISING??) he hung up the phone on my ear and did not want to discuss it anymore.... Needless to say, I will never use this company again, so I hope the extra $$$ they SCAMMED from me is worth LOSING MY FUTURE BUSINESS AND HOPEFULLY YOURS..... I should have checked the reviews before even calling them.... ***** YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED***********
