Review content:
Although I knew I needed to make some personal changes to become fit, I was reluctant to join Fit Code thinking it was the same as all of the other fitness organizations. I really only joined because the Skinny Jeans Boot Camp contest appealed to my competitive nature. What a win-win for me! The chance to win a trip to Las Vegas, and get fit too! But over the past six weeks I have been pleasantly surprised and have gained so much more. \r
\r
At Fit Code I found committed, knowledgeable and supportive trainers. The environment is warm and inviting at the two locations I frequent. Workouts don’t use intimidating machines or fancy equipment; rather they use equipment I can purchase so I can workout at home or when I’m traveling as I so often am. The workouts are always different and challenging – no boring routines here. And although this go-‘round I wasn’t able to participate in the bonus workouts, I think it’s a great idea to occasionally take the workout on the road to explore Chicago or give back by participating in fundraisers as workout events. \r
\r
But what really makes Fit Code stand out and work for me is the nutrition classes, grocery store tours, cooking classes, social network support, and the camaraderie formed with fellow Boot Campers that helped me make the mindset change and provided the tools I needed to ensure my sustained fitness success. \r
\r
For me Fit Code redefines the term “Fitness Club.” Traditional fitness clubs focus mainly on the body and helping people lose weight. But at Fit Code I truly felt like a member of a club where the emphasis was on my total wellbeing - mind, body, and soul. I have truly enjoyed my “Fit Code Experience!” \r
