Businiess name:  Andolini's Pizza

Review content:
Being retired, my wife and I are able to travel frequently. On extended trips, we find it convenient to order pizza the night before departure for an easy no fuss meal. The leftovers provide a great lunch option on the road the next day as a time saver. Our experience is that local establishments are superior in quality to the national chains so we chose Andolini's the night before our Charleston departure. Wow, what a mistake! The first red flag was seeing them toss the dough. This technique is good showmanship but often results in overworking the dough and a tough crust. We ordered a double cheese with pepperoni and should have walked out when we learned the only size available was extra large resulting in more pizza and price than we wanted. Since it was late and we didn't know the area and other pizza restaurant options, we placed the order. It arrived dripping with grease, tasteless and sure enough with an inferior crust. Complaints to the manager got us apologies but nothing else. \r \r A closer look the next day revealed the ""cheese"" crumbled instead of stretching. This is an obvious indicator of a processed cheese food instead of cheese. The pepperoni was light in color with a high fat content and very little flavor. It's apparent that low end ingredients were responsible for the inferior product. We learned our lesson about Andolini's and can only hope this review helps others avoid our mistake.
