Review content:
I had a really bad experience with them. I was shown a bad attitude by the woman at the customer service desk when I went to exchange a product that I bought from them.
She was very derogatory and started to talk to me in her native language Bengali and expected me to understand what she was saying. When I told her I didn't understand what she said ""you should tell the truth. I know you know this language, English isn't your native language,"" and crap like that. She was very very rude and impolite and actually insulting me in front of a few other customers.
What was even worse is when I went up to the manager of the store, he decided to take sides with his employee and told me I shouldn't tell him how to run his business. He walked back to his desk and tried to say I was the one trying to create a problem.
Overall had a very unplesant experience with them and will never be going back there again.
