I'm a heating Contractor that was called and asked to check out the furnace, at 324 sunnyside ave Aurora IN , after the home inspector said the furnace was short cycling and needed checked out ,so we went to the home and found it had a cracked heat exchanger leaking CO2 and Mr.Coates asked my tech to""just turn the furnace on and say it was ok' she said No and then Kevin called me and said can i help him out as this one it was one of his home's and asked if i could do that for him , i told him NO then he said , after the closeing it could be turned into the home warranty company so they could replace it . so if this is what Kevin does and he is one of the owner's BEWARE of what you may get , what else has he done to save money ? we had to put a lien on the home because he would not pay the bill because we would not do what he wanted us to.\r
Pros: he knows how to beat the system
Cons: this is why we pay so much for Insurance
