LANDLORDS-OWNERS BEWARE, DON'T EVER CONTRACT OUT IC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, THEY ARE WORTHLESS. I C PROPERTY HAS DONE NOTHING BUT GIVE TENANTS AND LANDLORDS LIKE MYSELF HEADACHES. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY IS THAT THEY DO NOT DO THE WORK ASKED OF THEM AS A MANAGEMENT COMPANY. ADDITIONALLY, THEY DO NOT DO THE UPKEEP OF PROPERTY. THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS NOR ARE THEY EVER THERE TO ANSWER YOUR CONCERNS. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS MESSAGE TO ALL POTENTIAL CLIENTS. DO NOT CONTRACT IC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, YOU WILL REGRET IT LATER WHEN THEY STICK IT TO YOU AND YOU ARE STUCK TRYING TO GET OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT.
