Two things: \r
- Sign by the road advertised $19.99 oil change. I drove in, had an oil change, and was charged $29.99 plus tax and assorted fees. When I asked about the price increase, he said it was because I asked to have my brakes looked at which made it ""special"" not basic. This should have been explained at the beginning.\r
- During conversations about my car trying to get pricing options on new brakes, Steve (manager) was often rude and even hostile. He is in the wrong job for sure! \r
I finally decided that I didn't need the stress and brought my car to another shop since I want my business to be valued.
Pros: location
Cons: rude manager - bait & switch
