Review content:
I have used Nystrom and Assoicates Twice for therapy and will never use them again. The first time was in 2010 for bereavment issues. The therapist would sit in the sessions and brush her hair and pass gas.
I decided to give them again try in late 2011 as I was going through some anxiety issues. The therapist was always running 10-20 minutes lated belittled my diet and exercise goals (10 inches and 10 pounds in one month with just changing my diet and exercising) which she recommended to me to help with my anxiety. Then she got upset at me because I did not like the book Boundries and found it unhelpful for me. She often would use terms like copdependent to label me (though all of my family and friends were in disagreement) and when I told her I found these lables to be offensive she told me this was my problem. She also made me buy a therapy book and told me to look through it but never told me what specifically to do with it. I will not be going back.
