Stay away. These condo's are sinking into the ground, falling apart with no maintenance and your fee, well we don't know where it goes. My building has flooded twice and no one from Towne Properties has ever came out to clean or replace the carpet. Once flooded from the nasty creek behind the building and once from a broken pipe in the hall. If you buy one, you'll find out why you got it at such a low price. Did I mention that these were built by the Erpenbeck family that is now in jail. yeah, they were built on a hit and miss....
