Had damage done to my new 07' truck and they refused to compensate me. Heard something scratching the top of my cab and immediately brought it to the attention of management. After looking over my truck, I found deep scratches all over my cab. Their response was to tell me that nothing in thier wash can do this. I've had my truck for less than a half a year and now I have to deal with something like this. The owner Mark Bailey didn't even take the time to look at my truck. His management which are practically kids determined the wash didn't do it. I've been a customer for years using both their oil changing services and car washing services. This is how they treat thier loyal customers and I strongly recommend that no one ever uses them again. Very unprofessional!\r
