This place wouldn't refund the co-pay after the doctor decided not to come in because going golfing sounded more fun than doing his job. Not only did I miss 1/2 day of work and gas time, but they wouldn't refund the co-pay for a visit that never happened. I called every week for months to get my copay back. FInally, they claimed they had ""sent"" the check. It never arrived. They then said it had been cashed. When I got copies of the backside of the check and had the bank trace it... to see where the money had been deposted into... Not only was it fraudently signed by a member of the dermatology staff, it was deposted back into their OWN ACCOUNT! The bank said they would put a fraud alert on this business and watch every transation from now on. Because it was under $500 they wouldn't involve the police. The bank refunded my co-pay amount (plus a little extra for my hassle). \r \r The bank suggested I put a red flag on my social security number in case they tried to defraud me further. \r \r Pretty sad when you have to check your credit every few months because your afraid your DOCTORS office is defrauding you.\r \r Run as fast as you can from this place, or they will defraud you too!!!!\r \r Pros: None. Cons: Fraud, dishonest, evasive, liars
