Been to Rice & Rolls a few times. Last time my kids and I were there it was an off hour, but our hosts took wonderful care of us while we waited, which didn't seem long at all. My son had Pho again because it was so wonderful the last time. I believe it can cure a cold! The iced coffee was like drinking liquid candy. So rich, so good. You must try this if you visit Rice & Rolls. Best of all, the service. Good service ALWAYS makes food taste better and we will be returning to Rice and Rolls often.
