Review content:
I am now going through the experience of trying to work with this company. They specialize in ""non-standard"" auto insurance. Their ""non-standard"" policy holder caused a collision and received a citation for his part in the collision. I had a problem with them returning my phone calls; even the messages I left for supervisors were ignored. They are denying my claim because they said ""evasive action"" could have been taken. I guess skid marks aren't considered evasive action. I have hired an attorney to deal with this company and their policy holder. I am also reporting them to Illinois comsumer agencies and the Illinois Dept. of Insurance. Based on what I've seen on the web, I won't be the first and I won't be the last. A consumer agency of Illinois gives this company an ""F"" rating. Founders earned this rating
