Review content:
I have spent several thousands of dollars with this business in the past couple of years. It has recently come under new ownership and has been a great diappointment to my family, my friends, and me in the quality of service. The owner is rude and NOT customer friendly. We were promised that our items would be delivered by a certain date. We did not receive our order by the date promised because they were put on the showroom floor and we were told to wait for the next shipment. The owner said that it was not her responsiblity to keep up with orders and that is why she has employees. She obviously does not know how to service the public!
Cons: expensive, unorganized, rude
