STAY AWAY!! This business will cheat you!! I was moving out of the area and had to sell some furniture. I had two matching rocker recliner chairs that I had bought from Re-Threads eight months earlier for $100 each. Jonathan came to my apartment and looked me in the eye and told me he could only ask $50 for each of the chairs at his store. The next day I drove past this store and saw the chairs outside, but I didn't have time to stop. So, the following day, I was in the area and stopped to see how much the chairs were going for. I saw a price tag of $89.99 on each of the chairs. I was floored. He had straight out lied to me. I went inside the store and asked Jonathan about the price he was asking for the chairs and reminded him that he told me he said he could only price the chairs at $50. He then started getting angry and I told him that I felt I had been cheated. He got even more angry and told me to leave his property and NEVER come back. Very unprofessional behavior. This man has no customer service skills whatsoever. He was not willing to do anything to keep a customer happy. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Go somewhere else to shop for (or sell) furniture. You'll be better off!!!
