The movers themselves did a good job. They were friendly, professional, and everything made it to my new place in one piece. HOWEVER, I feel I was completely deceived by the owner. \r

I provided a detailed list of items to be moved (as requested) and provided an estimated quote of $520. I should mention I was moving out of a small one bedroom apartment and moving into another small one bedroom apartment that was 5 mins down the road. I felt the initial quote seemed reasonable and decided to go with this company. However, the end cost for my move was $870. Almost $400 more then I was initially quoted?! Not to mention I gave a $60 tip on top of that. Now, of course I know that a quote is just an estimate and likely to be somewhat variable. However, I feel like that is a pretty BIG price difference!!! Also, I was initially told I would have two movers, and instead three showed up the morning of my move. This of course increased the price rate right away, and one of the guys served primarily as an almost supervisor type, who basically directed the loading and unloading of the truck. I never was notified that there would be an additional mover added. I feel that was totally shady on the owners part! \r

I contacted the owner regarding my concerns and that I felt he should stand by and honor his initial quote and refund me some of the money. Needless to say I have yet to get any sort of refund. Very disappointing.
