I agree that the Festival Ballet Theatre is expensive. And I also agree they are much more interested in money. When I requested to speak to a manager or supervisor about a complaint, the customer representatve for the Festival Ballet Theatre gave me a false email address and confirmed it. Did she think I was not going to find out about it? Well, apparently I got their correct email address on their website. I think that was quite surprising, don't you?
