Big thank and high five to my favorite yoga studio, Haute Yoga, in Solana Beach. I love doing yoga here and am super excited about the new Haute Yoga studio opening early 2011 at The Forum in Carlsbad. If you haven't tried this studio before go in and get your free week - I guarantee you'll love it. They have about 8 different class formats, including yoga barre, and seasoned instructors. The other thing I really like is the heat - some classes are hot for days when I want a good sweat and other classes are more moderate. Lastly the studio is very involved in the community, they are sponsoring a toy drive for the holidays and doing an event with City of Hope in the spring. If you have never been there before come check it out!
