f my husband and I shared our experience with you, you'd wonder why Mashav still gets customers. Problems: Hidden fees, drastically low estimates for small 2 bedroom flat, dishonest customer service and dispatch. Mike and Emma (Dispatch and sales/""customer service"") are the worst I've seen in the business, order still not delivered after having our property for 29 days. Why are they still in business? Fake reviews, fake website (they use penske trucks and other rentals), fake sales service. Read the contract they give you like it's a bible, don't believe them that ""the quoted price will change within 24 hrs"" and take your time to understand that they will execute on the contract for every single measure that will make the most money. I could go on, but the experience is too awful.
