I recently was looking to purchase an SUV and the sales staff at Athol Ford Mercury was great. They told us all about the SUVs that they had to offer. They drove each one into a bay, opened it up and explained every feature the SUV had. The sales guy let me take both vehicles on a test drive alone, and didn't go along for the ride. This was great because I didn't feel the pressure of a sales staff looking over my shoulder the entire test drive. When I returned and didn't choose to purchase a vehicle from Ford/Mercury they pressure me into anything.
