These guys truly ARE the BEST! If you need a general contractor for work around your home that involves several different crafts (window/door installation, outside facade work, painting, electrical, etc., etc.), you cannot beat the quality of their work.They did a major job for us this past summer at our former Loveland home, replacing multiple windows and the facade around them across the entire front of our house. Later this year, they jumped in and provided invaluable help to us when we had a strange leak around a major manufacturer's walkout door. One of JK Best's key people worked closely with me as I dealt with the manufacturer's people in troubleshooting the door, testing possible fixes, and finally deciding to get a refund from said manufacturer. JK Best then replaced the door with one made by another company, and it is working just fine.
If you are looking for the low bidder, they are probably not the company you want. On single-craft work (such as repainting a room) they might not be that price competitive. But on multi-craft jobs you will get the best results possible. They will totally stand behind their work.
