After shopping around at your local big chain stores I went over to my friend's house. He had just had a system installed and wanted to show it off. It was amazing. I asked him where he got it, and he refered me to CAV Electronics. He gave me a business card and told me I had to have them help design my new system. I called David Troisi at CAV Electronics and setup an appoinment. David came out to my house and he designed a system to meet all my needs. Not only did he sell all the product I wanted but he did an amazing job installing it. After he was all done he sat down with me gave me a step by step tutorial. He had suggested I buy a universal remote. This was the best decision I ever made. It is so simple to use my new system. Thank you to the crew at CAV Electronics.
