to make a very, very long story short and if you want you can email me and i can give you specifics and show pictures of this nightmare and a bounced check that he personally wrote to US Bank in the amount of over $13,700.00 with an explantion from his o' so pompous attorney with tough and good luck getting that bounced check remedied. Kristen Norcia, the owner, who thinks since she works for a federal judge is above the law, and her husband, Brian Norcia, who is the mastermind in robbing people and providing deplorable work. This man is being backed also by Service Magic, I would strongly urge to not judge a book by its cover (they have a webpage with their backing).
