We create and develop a unique employment web site for your dealership. We then promote and drive traffic through an SEO and PPC campaign. We also utilize your local newspaper to drive traffic. Our staff then conducts two full days of interviews and we separate the suspects from the prospects. After picking the prospects, we hold a three day training class. We cover all the basics of the car business from the ""Meet and Greet"" to all the paperwork related to a sale. Each candidate receives a training manual and handouts. In addition to homework, candidates learn by role playing and are sent out on mystery shops. The five day OnLot process is turnkey and is totally managed by our staff from beginning to end.\r
