I received an Audit notice and called JG Tax Group and went over the notice with them. They were the only company that didn’t try to scare me into using them. JG Tax Group said that I was a W-2 guy, 2 kids a wife and mortgage so the audit wouldn’t be difficult and I could handle it myself. I did and was amazed that the audit report came back saying I owed $200,000. I never made more than $70,000 in any year how could I owe the IRS $200,000. I called JG Tax Group said what had happened and hired them to handle this for me. Within 48 hours they had discovered what had happened and the final audit report was issued saying I didn’t owe anything in 3 weeks. (it seemed I was a victim of identity theft and two different people were using my social security number) I went from total panic to total joy in 48 hours when I found out what happened. The best thing was that JG Tax Group handled everything for me and I did not have to lose one hour of work time to settle the issue. I was so angry that the IRS Auditor knew something was fishy but was too lazy to tell me what the situation was from the beginning. JG Tax Group said the same thing and said that some Auditor was just too lazy to do their job and figure out something didn’t look right. The fee JG Tax Group charged me was fair and they took care of everything quickly and correctly. I can sleep at night knowing that everything has been handled.
