I have eaten at raw food restaurants all over the country. I have eaten raw food for 3 years, and have been 100% raw for months on end. I have been to raw food retreats and I must say, and it's hard to do this, this is the best raw restaurant I've ever been to.\r

Ito is the Manager and hasn't spoken in 7 years, he pulled me and a friend aside and brought us to the bar to give us all sorts of herbal mixtures and juices, he did it for free. He reminds me of Eckhart Tolle, you have to find him in the restaurant when you come in, he will be the person that is not speaking.\r

I even met the most amazing girl I have ever dated in Au-Lac. So if your vegetarian, vegan, or raw, you must go to Au -Lac.\r

My favorite dishes:\r
Raw Curry Rice, Green Pyramid, Raw Soft Tacos, and Sweet and Sour Chicken\r

Enjoy!
Pros: Best food, relaxing enviroment, juices and raw and cooked vegan food
Cons: It's not closer to my house and they are closed on Mondays.
