I have been going to American Laser Skincare in Woodbury for over a year and a half now. Mainly because I signed a very expensive contract with them and have spend over $5,000 on laser hair removal and haven't seen much results at all. \r
Everyone who goes for laser hair removal needs to understand that yes, it does take time to get results but seeing almost zero results in over a year in a half is disheartening. Especially with the amount of money put into it.\r
Also, this place has a LOT of turn over. There has been three manager in the year and a half I've been there. Now I don't know where they go to, but it's a bad sign when employees and managers bail from a location. And with each manager and new employee they get more inept and downright rude. They are not accomodating and won't even rectify mistakes they make.\r
Everyone has different experiences, but this place has not impressed me and in fact I have told some coworkers and friends to NOT go to American Laser Skincare and go somewhere else. So in terms of the laser hair removal and the lack of professionalism/knowledge with the staff I would say tread carefully if you plan to go there and maybe look to other options. If I wasn't still paying on my treatments I would be too!
