Review content:
I highly recommend them. I searched for the perfect piano for many months, shopping from private sellers, visiting piano dealers and rebuilders across 2 states.
I found my dream piano at the Piano Mill in Hanover Mass. It had been beautifully restored by them. Because it was an old piano but was expertly restored, it was something I could afford; a new piano of the same caliber would be out of the question for me. The prices at the Piano Mill are also more reasonable than at other dealers I went to. I found the staff and technicians to be skilled, professional and cheerful during the months it took me to make a final decision and to get my financing in place. I went to the showroom numerous times to ask questions and to play my dream piano?sometimes for hours on end.
Each time I went I found everyone there to be knowledgeable and genuinely nice people. I encourage piano shoppers to see their wide range of piano options: new, lightly used, and restored/rebuilt old pianos. It was the best buying experience imaginable!
