Does it get any better than this?! No, it does not. I went to get my hair relaxed a few weeks ago using the Keratin treatment and I have been raving about it ever since. I have extremely, extremely curly hair (ringlets) and it is very time consuming to dry and style it every day. However, I was a little hesitant to get the Japanese thermal straightening, which they also do here, because I like having body in my hair. I went for a free consultation and they were very helpful and not at all pushy. They suggested doing Keratin, which is a semi-permanent relaxer that holds for about 3 months and it still leaves body in your hair. It's also better when your natural curls start to regrow at the roots. It blends better than the Japanese thermal straightening. They also told me in my consultation that it would take about 3 hours. I went back the following weekend and Ken did my hair. He was super nice and kept asking me if he could get me anything, if I was comfortable through the whole process and what I especially appreciated was that he did the treatment in exactly 3 hours on the dot. He recommended products to use and also explained what ingredients I should avoid in shampoo in case I wanted to buy products elsewhere. Now my hair is easy to manage, super shiny and feels so much healthier. If you have ever considered Japanese straightening or Keratin GO HERE!! And if all of this wasn't perfect enough .. THEY ACTUALLY HAVE PARKING. Thank you Taka! I'll see you in Feb. for my next Keratin treatment. Pros: friendly, professional staff; keratin treatment! Cons: none whatsoever
