I have been looking for a good hair salon for a long time and I finally found it. The salon is so clean and what a great atmosphere! The hair stylists are meticulous and they really know their stuff. The girl that did my hair cut and color did EXACTLY! what I wanted and did above and beyond an amazing job. The salon is in sawtelle the heavily Japanese area, I am of mixed race half Japanese and half white so I have very difficult hair. They were great! I was afraid they would only know how to handle Japanese hair but they did an amazing job. There is also a bit of a language barrier that makes it kind of awkward at first but you get really comfortable really quickly and everyone is really nice and sweet. It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but totally worth it and I will be a repeat customer! I am going back in 2 weeks for the Hair straightening they are famous for!\r
Just a few good things to know: they prefer their tips in cash and unless you speak Japanese it is kind of quiet so bring something to read.
Pros: ambiance, air conditioned, friendly, great prices.... pretty much everything
