BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! THE PEOPLE THAT THEY HIRE TO DO PEOPLES TAXES HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! THEY SCREWED UP MY TAXES SO BAD, TRYING TO TELL ME THAT I CLAIMED SOME CREDIT LAST YEAR THAT I DID NOT EVEN CLAIM THIS YEAR, THEY MESSED UP MY TAX RETURN THAT THEY DID, AS THAT IS THEIR JOB TO DO PEOPLES TAXES AND THEY GET PAID TO DO IT, THEN TOLD ME THAT THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND THAT THEY CANNOT FIX IT. AND THAT'S AFTER I PAID THEM OVER 200 DOLLARS TO DO MY TAXES, THAT THEY SCREWED UP. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT CREDIT AND THAT THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS OR EVEN HOW TO FIX IT. PEACE OF MIND WILL NOT WORK AND DOES NOT COVER THEIR MISTAKES THAT THEY MAKE. I HAD TO CALL CORPORATE TO GET A HOLD OF THEIR DISTRICT MANAGER AND IT STILL IS NOT FIXED!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Pros: nothing Cons: inexperienced ppl, they dont know what they are doing.
