The customer ahead of me was walked out to his tractor and given a tutorial on how and where to lubricate so the problem would not recur. Bob fixed the problem with my rider mower without even having to remove it from the trailer. Another customer was irritated because they wouldn't work on a machine with illegal safety modifications. I thought that showed a good bit of integrity, and Bob dealt with the persistent angry customer with a lot more patience than I could have mustered.\r

I will take all my small engine repairs there in the future.\r
