Review content:
Basically this is a salad bar but some of the wait staff come through with cooked portions of meat and vegetables on skewers. They slice it off for you onto a serving plate and you transfer it to your own. The food is flavorful and well cooked. The staff is uneven in skills, sometimes you get good service other times not. The host/hostess seat you according to the wait staff's convenience rather than your preference.
The ambiance is loud. Loud music, loud conversation and a room set up to increase the din, not reduce it.
