Review content:
Terrible! In high school, my dates for prom went here because it was the only place in the game. Since it is local, we used them for our wedding. Where do I begin? We first ordered our invites. We loved what we got but then were told, 'Oh yea, they came up to be $100 more then we told you before.' I asked why they did not call before placing the order and they said they didn't think it would be that big of a deal. Even though they had us only pay $50, we were still upset that they couldn't give us a simple phone call. With our tuxes, my husband did not want vests and wanted black shirts. I was fine with that because he would be wearing it not me. 3 days before my wedding, a groomsman called me while I was at work. He said that he was swimming in his shirt. He also said that the ladies at the shop were saying, 'It's the brides fault the shirts d not fit because she insisted on black shirts. If she also would've ordered vests, the shirt would fit fine.' This upset me. i called the shop and they said the exact same thing to me over the phone! VERY RUDE! Why would ordering a different colored shirt effect the size? And if it was going to effect the size, why didn't the ladies adjust the size as needed? . (This and the invites were our only problems we had throughout the entire wedding planning.) Three of the other groomsmen called us in the meantime and said their shirts were huge. My husband and I both left work early to try to figure out the problem and make sure everyone else did not have problems with their tuxes. The ladies said they SHOULD be able to fix the problem before our wedding but they continued to state that it was completely my fault that the tuxes did not fit properly. Maybe they should learn how to measure properly and if their is a problem that comes up, apologize. Don't blame another person. If they don't like how the black shirts fit, don't allow people to order the black shirts. I would not recommend Balloons Aloft to anyone just for their rude customer service.
