I booked my dogs in a King suite with in/out privileges for one week. I think we paid over $80 a night for boarding them. When a family member checked on them on day two, she found them in a regular kennel in ""general population"". When she complained she wasn't told why they were moved. Two days later she went by again. SAME STORY, different day. \r \r When I returned and was told what happened, I demanded a refund. I was given a 10% discount. Oh, wow, that's awesome. That's still more than what it would have cost to board them in the kennel they were kept in. \r \r I spoke with the owner, Darryl, who wasargumentative. He would give no reasons for doing what he did other than they ""had to do maintenance."" My guess is they overbooked so they put my dogs in the low grade regular kennels instead of in their own suite with their own fenced in area.\r \r I would highly recommend NOT going there for any service -- boarding, grooming, training, or daycare. In my opinion, the place truly lacks a heart. The concern should be first and foremost on the comfort & well-being of their charges, which apparently is about #10 on their list of concerns. Cons: Pay for one service, get a lesser quality.
