Review content:
I went to the Pet Palace after it had been reccomended by many ladies in my bunco group. I am not the boarding type, I would much rather someone just come to my home. Apprehensively, I called to make an appointment. The lady I talked to was so friendly! She even invited me to come by and take a tour of the facility prior to boarding. (I visited a few other kennels on my way to the pet palace that day, and none of them would let me see the kennels) The person who gave me the tour was wonderful. They have really thought out every expected and unexpected situation, and what they would/ could do for your pet. They also offer playtimes with other dogs which I felt was an awesome extra! \r

My pet was approved for play with other dogs and now attends as often as I can make arrangements! All I have to do is mention the words ""Pet Palace"" and she sits by the door with her tail wagging. \r

Thank you Pet Palace for taking such great care of my furry friend\r

Pros: Customer service, my pet loves it!
Cons: not enough indoor/outdoor units, no daycare on weekends
