Review content:
I had a coupon from them which said 99 cents for laundered shirts (with any dry cleaning order). When I went there they said they would charge me $1.19 for each shirt bcos the marketing company made a mistake and it was not supposed to be 99 cents. Mind you, they had no such correction notice in their store (most businesses do that if they have made a coupon mistake). I was told that I would either have to pay $1.19 or take my business elsewhere. This was told to me after I had already dropped 40 shirts out of my laundry bag onto their counter, so it would have been an obvious hassle to take them back. Anyways, my primary complaint is not that I ended up paying $8 more than I intended to, but rather the attitude of the lady. She was so rude and it was amazing that she actually said (more or leass verbatim) ""Well, if you are not willing to pay $1.19, you can take your business elsewhere as we will definitely not be wanting your business"". Thanks for the comment - I will defintely take my business elsewhere - where they actually care.
