First time customer. Invoice indicated mower would be completed on a certain date. Two days after the date I called; ""working on it now, someone should call you tomorrow"". Three days of the exact same response to my inquiry. Went to the business today; ""waiting on a part that may be in next week"", asked for my mower back, took 15 minutes to find my mower. Told the young associate it would be nice if honest information was relayed to customers in this situation. His response; ""did you see how long it took to find your mower? We have a lot of mowers to work on. Tis the season, Brother."" I am glad the business of healthcare is not ran in the same manner.
