Over Christmas my family and I rented a 15 passenger van from Pam Rent a Car in Queens, NY. We were going to a family reunion of sorts in South Virginia, while there the van had a mechanical problem. When we called the office to tell them what happened they tried to arrange for another van but because it was a holiday weekend they had no luck. What they did next amazed me and my family, they arranged for hotel rooms for all of us, paid us all for the day of work we ended up missing, and had one of there employees get into another 15 passenger van and start driving to pick us up. He drove us to each of our houses and dropped us off. They refunded the charge of the rental, had a check for us the next day for our lost day of pay, and gave us a large discount for our next rental. The people at Pam Van Rentals were wonderful and went far and beyond what I think they needed to do to fix the problem. I know we will all be renting from them for a long time to come. I want to offer a special thanks to Sam, Ann, and the rest of the staff at Pam Rent A Car, in my opinion the very best agency in all of NY.
