Review content:
As a physician, Dr. Dhupati appears knowledgeable and offers some advise answering questions. She hardly examines her patients, listening to lungs, heart, checking for lymph node swelling, joint swelling. Her staff, at this time, is very, very inefficient. They forget things or take a long time to process some paperwork. Their telephone system just receives voice mails and this is very difficult for patients who need an answer. The messages left in the answering machine are never returned, they do not call back. Faxes sent to the office by the pharmacy are never acknowledged or acted upon. If one needs answers, one had to go directly to their office and speak with the staff. But, keep in mind, the staff may not always give you the correct information, so you need to comeback again.....a very time-consuming process.
Cons: Does not examine patients for common (hidden) ailments, forgets to follow up
